Our Approach

The Mental Fit Path is a social project aimed at promoting mental health, physical activity, and social cohesion.

Schools and sports clubs receive the Mental Fit Path free of charge. To ensure that as many children and young people as possible have access, funding is typically provided by municipalities, companies, and public institutions.

Funding & Impact

Project revenues are used for:

  • the implementation and further development of the project
  • the free provision for schools and educational institutions
  • international development and scaling

Any surplus is generally reinvested in projects that promote mental health, physical activity, and social cohesion. This may also include supporting initiatives led by athletes.

Structure & Collaboration

The Mental Fit Path is structured as a social franchise model.

Mental Fit Path International is responsible for the city concept as well as the structure and ongoing development.
National partners can implement the concept at a local or national level.

Close collaboration ensures that the quality, impact, and values of the project remain consistent.

Fair and Consistent Pricing

The Mental Fit Path is deliberately designed as a socially accessible project.

The pricing structure is centrally coordinated to:

  • ensure fair implementation
  • guarantee free access for schools and sports clubs
  • maintain consistent quality across the entire system

Our pricing applies exclusively to funding partners and is stated exclusive of statutory VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
