City- Concept

Within the City Concept, we see a highly effective approach to placing the topic of mental health at the center of attention. It provides an efficient and cost-effective solution to integrate practical mental coping strategies into the education system, while also offering cities a concrete tool to actively address this issue through the gateway of sport.

Our Mental Fit Paths are specifically designed for this purpose: while they encourage physical activity in school and sports environments, they simultaneously enable the mental impulses of athletes to be reflected upon and further explored directly in the classroom.

Why is this relevant for cities?

  • increasing mental health challenges among children and adolescents

  • growing lack of physical activity

  • rising pressure for preventive action in the education and healthcare sectors

  • need for visible and sustainable measures in the urban environment

Direct integration into the education system

What if we learned mental strength from an early age?

A preventive measure for the entire population

This creates a comprehensive, city-wide measure that makes mental coping strategies playfully and effectively accessible to the entire population – in parks, sports facilities, along walking trails, and throughout the urban environment. At the same time, the central role of cities as role models is strengthened: the entire urban environment can be quickly and easily integrated into the initiative.

Thanks to its simple installation, the Mental Fit Path requires minimal maintenance and can therefore be used free of charge by the entire population. At its core lies the sense of community that athletes continuously demonstrate through their mindset towards sport and movement.

Ultimately, a city-wide implementation aims to foster a lasting enthusiasm for physical activity, provide practical approaches to mental resilience, and encourage a healthy level of sporting ambition – strengthening and connecting people in a sustainable way.
